Heavy Equipment Operator Training

This training course teaches the fundamentals of safe and efficient maneuvering, traveling, and operation of heavy equipment. Discussions will occur on the effects of weight distribution, operating capacity, how equipment reacts to steering, the importance of regular maintenance, and the steps taken for safe entry & exit. Responsibilities associated with working with and around heavy equipment are also taught.

This course can be complimented with the "Powered Industrial Trucks & Forklift Training Course", which helps apply the classroom knowledge with a hands-on, in the field demonstration.
